Scientist exposed as Synth!
An unscheduled medical examination recently exposed …, one of our leading scientists, as a Synthetic infiltrator! The Synth killed five security officers before it could be brought down by a heavy weapons team. A body has yet to be found, but we think the original … was terminated and replaced at some point during the last six months. To make matters worse, the Synth triggered some kind of computer virus at its research console when it realized it had been discovered. Technicians are working hard to contain the damage, but a lot of important research data has been irretrievably lost.
The command below will trigger the "Scientist exposed as Synth!" event in Stellaris:

When this event fires, you can choose between the following option:
- The Contingency is behind this.
- Scientist … has been lost in a dastardly Synth plot.
