Second Portal Destroyed

The second dimensional portal that appeared in the … system has been destroyed! It can no longer be used by the extradimensionals to reinforce their numbers. We cannot rest easy, however, until every single portal has been destroyed. Only then will the connection between our dimension and theirs be permanently severed.

The command below will trigger the "Second Portal Destroyed" event in Stellaris:
