After seeing the advanced weapons that our security forces are equipped with, several generals from the … alien empire on … have come forward requesting that we share some of our military technology. Our own officers are hesitant to do this, as it would make the aliens more difficult to defeat in battle should it ever come to that. If we refuse the request, however, the aliens are certain to view it as an insult.
The command below will trigger the "Request for Technology" event in Stellaris:

When this event fires, you can choose between these 2 options:
- Arming savages with modern weapons would be a bad idea.
- Relations with the … civilization will be harmed.
- They are our friends. Share what we can.
- Relations with the … civilization will be improved.
- Gain modifier: Subterranean Tech Provision
