The salvage mission on … has succeeded! The ancient cruiser that lay on the bottom of the ocean has been resurfaced and repaired. It is a wondrous sight to behold, and from repairing it our engineers have learnt some of the secrets behind its design.
The command below will trigger the "Special Project Completed" event in Stellaris:

When this event fires, you can choose between these 3 options:
- Our efforts pave the way forward!
- Your Empire gains the Streamlining Algorithms modifier. Gain a Cruiser-class ship.
- A historic day!
