Freighter Crash

A civilian freighter coming in to land on … was perforated by a dense cloud of fast-moving orbital debris! The flight crew was killed immediately, and the stricken craft tumbled through the atmosphere only to crash-land near one of the colony's main power relays. The resulting explosion resulted in several deaths on the ground, and local infrastructure suffered considerable damage.
