Spontaneous limb growth. Fluctuations between states of matter. Sudden onset metamorphosis. These reports are few and far between, but they cannot be ignored. Our experiments with mutation are garnering some less than desirable results across our civilization. Perhaps unlocking the tools to modify one's genes at will was more than we initially bargained for.
The command below will trigger the "Unruly Mutations" event in Stellaris:

When this event fires, you can choose between these 2 options:
- Unusual mutations can boost our research.
- Spiritualist empires' opinion of us changes by: -50
- Gain modifier: Mutant Studies
- Cull the abominations.
- Every Authoritarian Leader gains the Eager Trait.
