Having rolled out regular genetic testing to streamline our path toward purity, and identify genomic outliers, 'high quality' DNA has become something to boast about. Certain empire officials have supposedly been lying about their biological makeup, forging test results that suggest they have more desirable traits than they do in reality. If it comes to light, this concealment of truth threatens to outrage the public.
The command below will trigger the "Pure Scandal!" event in Stellaris:
