Black Hole Instability

Some of the particles being released by the black hole in … are, in fact, Astral Threads. This means that at some point in time an Astral Scar was pulled into its singularity and is now slowly being ejected. Such an event was previously thought impossible. There may be a way to eject the scar and restabilize this system's space by directing a highly concentrated stream of Astral Threads into the singularity. However, taking no further action would allow us to continue harvesting the cosmic fabric from a safe distance.
The command below will trigger the "Black Hole Instability" event in Stellaris:

When this event fires, you can choose between these 2 options:
- Inject astral material into the singularity.
- Collect the thread from a safe distance.
- Add deposit: +3
