… returned from exploring an Astral Rift to find a galaxy lost to the End. Many of the places they knew have vanished completely from this existence. They are still uncertain if they returned to the correct dimension at all, and appear to be experiencing a form of cognitive shock as a result.
The command below will trigger the "Scientist Returns" event in Stellaris:
