Unauthorized Modifications

During demolition of non-load-bearing walls in the mid-residential sections, the renovation crews have discovered something unusual: decades of unauthorized modifications. Hidden rooms, self-constructed alcoves, sealed corridors repurposed as storage or living space. None of it is in the original schematics, and some of it is load-bearing. The lead engineer is requesting a decision. Removing everything not in the original plans is the correct approach. It will take time. Working around the modifications is faster, but introduces structural irregularities that will be difficult to explain to future engineers.
The command below will trigger the "Unauthorized Modifications" event in Stellaris:

When this event fires, you can choose between these 3 options:
- Document what we can. Work around the rest.
- Bypasses standard procedure. The quality of the final work may suffer.
- −200 Energy Credits
- Remove everything not in the original specifications.Available only if Must not have civic: Functional Architecture.
