The Second Shift

Situation event
To maintain the construction schedule, the lead engineer has proposed running three overlapping shifts around the clock. The residential decks adjacent to the work zone report noise levels that have made rest nearly impossible for eleven straight days. Three crew members have been treated for fatigue-related incidents. The construction crews themselves are showing signs of strain. Faster, perhaps, but those in charge are not confident in the quality of work produced by exhausted crews.
The command below will trigger the "The Second Shift" event in Stellaris:
Player choices
When this event fires, you can choose between these 2 options:
- Maintain the current pace.
- Bypasses standard procedure. The quality of the final work may suffer.
- −200 Energy Credits
- Establish proper shift rotations.
- Gain modifier: Severe Construction Fatigue
