Situation event
Residents of sections unaffected by the ongoing refurbishment are complaining at having to share quarters with relocated individuals. They are requesting expanded resource allocations, priority access to recreation facilities, and the immediate removal of an automated announcement system that reminds them, every three hours, that their disruption is 'temporary and appreciated.'
The command below will trigger the "Disruption Allowances" event in Stellaris:

When this event fires, you can choose between these 2 options:
- It won't be long. We will manage.
- Bypasses standard procedure. The quality of the final work may suffer.
- Allocate the necessary resources.
- Gain modifier: Reallocated Resources
