The People's Revolutionary Council wishes to announce the impending execution of Former Citizen Fotanga, who has been convicted of demagoguery, corruption and general incompetence. I will be assuming all of his former duties. My first decree is that the original names of planets Fotangia and Chabkymak be restored. That is all.
