The documents are breakdowns of tactics, strategy and, most importantly, logistics in interstellar warfare. Being a strong spokesperson against war, Telisa still found this to be essential knowledge for steering into the future. "Even the most peaceful of people might be forced into a corner in their work for a better world."

- Splendid!
- Gives access to the Master's Teachings: Warring States Empire Edict.
- Even the wise can go to war it seems.
