Ancient Manufactory

The engineering corps completed their mission, retrofitting the decrepit mining station with adapted … parts and control mechanisms. There remain some aspects of the station's original function that are not entirely clear to us. It appears the manufactory was originally intended to mine and refine something other than the production minerals we are interested in. This bears further investigation.
