Explosive Decompression

During our survey of the station in the … system, our team inadvertently caused a section of the hull to lose integrity, triggering an explosive decompression. Fortunately, no lives were lost in the incident, as our team was able to escape to unaffected areas of the station. However, the force of the decompression damaged several of the consoles they had been working on, and will cost a considerable amount to be repaired.
