As we touch the Soulstone, we are projected in to a microcosm of the Shroud. We become aware that we are not alone in this swirling twilight realm. There is an entity awaiting us, one immeasurably ancient. A keeper of secrets. Ja'Baxti, we instinctively know. Having passed the test of making contact with it, the entity awaits our questions.
The command below will trigger the "Psionic Guidance" event in Stellaris:

When this event fires, you can choose between these 3 options:
- Ask Ja'Baxti to share an insight
- … gains 1 level.
- Ask Ja'Baxti about matters martial
- Gain modifier: Martial Guidance
- Ask Ja'Baxti about matters of state
- Gain modifier: Statecraft Guidance
