When this event fires, you can choose between these 2 options:
- Send a team to investigate.
- Start special project: Investigate the disappearance of the population
- Abandon and quarantine the world immediately.
- This will put the planet permanently beyond use.
- Gain modifier: Quarantined
- Influence: +200 to 1000

- Colony destroyed
