Planet event

Congratulations on having colonized a new world! Our colonists are now in the process of building their first settlement, but it will take time for them to become self-sufficient. The Colony will be a drain on our resources until the first settlement has been completed, so take care not to colonize too many Planets at once.

The command below will trigger the "Tutorial: First Colony" event in Stellaris:
