This command converts all of the player's non-specialized resources into specialized resources instantly.
The Stellaris command instant_specialization_conversion allows the player to quickly change the specializations of subjects.
Normally, this process takes time to be done, but when this command is enabled, any changes made to a subject's specialization are applied instantly.
This can be particularly handy for altering the strategic direction of a player's empire on the fly.
In Stellaris, cheats are executed from the command console, a text box that you type commands into.
To open the command console press the ~(tilde) key, which is typically located under ESC (escape).
