This command will create the megastructure with the specified ID.

In-depth description
The create_megastructure command in Stellaris is used to instantly create a megastructure in your current system without spending any resources or waiting for the normal construction time.
Megastructures can be thought of as massive structures with significant effects, capable of switching the tide of game progress.
Examples of megastructures include the Dyson Sphere, which can generate massive amounts of energy, and the Ring World, which provides habitats for your population.
Using the command, you just need to type create_megastructure [megastructure id] into the console.
Pressing tab while the console is open will automatically populate a list the IDs that you can use with this command.
For example, if you want to create a Dyson Sphere, you can type create_megastructure dyson_sphere_restored. And a Dyson Sphere will appear in the system you're currently viewing.
It can be advantageous in situations where you need a strategic advantage quickly or if you want to compensate for resource deficits, or for sheer convenience if you're not particularly interested in waiting out construction periods.
