Description This is a debug command that will turn on or off the scroll wheel. If this command is on then scrolling with the mouse will be disabled.

How to Open Stellaris Command Console To use console commands on Stellaris, you need to open the console window. To open the console window press the~ key, which is usually below the Esc key and to the left of the 1 key. Most commands can be turned off by typing in the command into the console again.
